Abstract

Research conducted on the Syifa Computer Laptop Service data processing system is still done manually so that the service process requires a long time and causes the making and presentation of reports often occur errors.

The computerized system is the best solution to deal with existing problems so that it can meet the demands of the owner of the Computer Syifa to take a decision, with the computerized system is expected to produce information that is fast, precise and accurate. By using computerized data processing information systems, advantages can be obtained, among others: Information systems are more interesting and interactive as well as a solution in storing much larger and orderly data, because any incoming data is immediately stored making it easier to find data and by implementing systems the computerized employee workload becomes lighter so that employee performance is improved and by implementing a new computerized system the process of finding data will be easier, faster and more accurate.
