Effective drug inventory management is crucial to ensure the availability of medicines required for the sales process. Shortages of high-demand medicines can lead to customer dissatisfaction, while excessive stock of low-demand medicines may result in financial losses due to expiration caused by prolonged storage. This condition creates an imbalance between medicines that are urgently needed by customers and those that are overstocked but rarely purchased.<br>Currently, inventory prediction is conducted manually based on estimation without mathematical calculations. Therefore, inventory prediction is needed to optimize stock levels and improve customer service. One of the contributing factors is the limited access to job vacancy information, which has traditionally been disseminated through conventional means such as printed media and bulletin boards, resulting in inadequate reach, particularly for job seekers in remote areas.<br>This study aims to design and develop a web-based application that manages job vacancy information in a centralized, structured, and easily accessible manner. The application involves three main user roles: administrator, company/institution, and job seeker. The administrator is responsible for data management and verification, verified companies or institutions are able to independently publish job vacancies, while job seekers can access job information without logging in and utilize search and filtering features.<br>The results indicate that the developed application improves the efficiency of distributing and managing job vacancy information within the South Kalimantan Provincial DISNAKERTRANS. Air Minum Intan Banjar (Perseroda) is a regional water utility company (BUMD) that provides clean water services to two areas, namely Banjar Regency and Banjarbaru City. As a regionally owned enterprise, it plays a vital role in supplying clean water to the community. With the increasing population and growing demand for clean water, the company is required to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and transparency in its management.<br>The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is one of the approaches that can be applied to employee performance evaluation by objectively considering multiple criteria. The implementation of a more objective and measurable performance assessment system based on the TOPSIS method can enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the employee evaluation process.<br>The developed data management application assists employees of PT. Air Minum Intan Banjar Kertak Hanyar in managing and archiving employee performance evaluation data in a fast, effective, and efficient manner, while minimizing errors, data damage, and data loss. In addition, the system is capable of generating performance evaluation reports based on specific time periods.<br>This system enables the organization to effectively evaluate employee performance in order to determine performance improvement strategies and enhance service quality for customers. In this study, performance evaluations were conducted on several employees of PT. This condition leads to various challenges, including inefficiencies in the ordering process and limited service reach. To address these issues, this study aims to design and implement a mobile-based ordering application integrated with a digital payment system to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.<br>Several methods were employed in the application development process, beginning with requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), application development using Flutter and Firebase, and functional testing. The application was designed with key features such as user login, a coffee product catalog (coffee, non-coffee, and milk coffee), shopping cart, checkout, sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual), and digital payment methods using QR Code and Virtual Account through Midtrans integration.<br>The implementation results indicate that the application simplifies the ordering process, increases service speed, and minimizes recording errors. With the adoption of this digital system, Blue Space Coffee can establish a modern and efficient ordering ecosystem that is competitive in the era of digital transformation. An appropriate Head of Division is required not only to possess technical competence but also managerial and interpersonal skills that significantly influence overall organizational performance. To support this process, a decision support system is required to provide objective and measurable recommendations.<br>This study aims to design and develop a web-based application for the selection of a Head of Division at the Secretariat of the Banjarmasin City Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) using the Profile Matching method. The Profile Matching method is applied to compare candidate profiles with job criteria through GAP analysis, where smaller GAP values result in higher weighted scores. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database, with primary data consisting of employee data, criteria, weights, and evaluation results.<br>The final output of the system is a ranking of candidates that serves as a recommendation for decision-makers in the selection process. With the implementation of this system, the selection process is expected to be conducted more quickly, accurately, and objectively, thereby supporting improvements in the quality of human resources within the Secretariat of the Banjarmasin City DPRD.</p> 2025-10-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c)
