RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI KEPEGAWAIAN BERBASIS WEB UNTUK PENILAIAN KINERJA PEGAWAI MENGGUNAKAN METODE TECHNIQUE FOR ORDER PREFERENCE BY SIMILIRARITY TO IDEAL SOLUTION (TOPSIS) DI PT. AIR MINUM INTAN BANJAR (PTAM) KERTAK HANYAR

Abstrak

PT. Air Minum Intan Banjar (Perseroda) is a regional water utility company (BUMD) that provides clean water services to two areas, namely Banjar Regency and Banjarbaru City. As a regionally owned enterprise, it plays a vital role in supplying clean water to the community. With the increasing population and growing demand for clean water, the company is required to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and transparency in its management.
The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is one of the approaches that can be applied to employee performance evaluation by objectively considering multiple criteria. The implementation of a more objective and measurable performance assessment system based on the TOPSIS method can enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the employee evaluation process.
The developed data management application assists employees of PT. Air Minum Intan Banjar Kertak Hanyar in managing and archiving employee performance evaluation data in a fast, effective, and efficient manner, while minimizing errors, data damage, and data loss. In addition, the system is capable of generating performance evaluation reports based on specific time periods.
This system enables the organization to effectively evaluate employee performance in order to determine performance improvement strategies and enhance service quality for customers. In this study, performance evaluations were conducted on several employees of PT. Air Minum Intan Banjar Kertak Hanyar using the eight calculation steps of the TOPSIS method.
